Control method for adhesive amount:
The control of adhesive amount is very important because it directly affects the quality of product adhesive points, etc. To accurately control the dispensing amount of the glue dispenser, it is necessary to first understand the two ways of dispensing
The first way to dispense glue is by applying a certain pressure to the glue, and the glue will be squeezed from the dispensing needle to the surface or inside of the product due to the pressure. The second approach is to set the dispensing time. The longer the dispensing time, the greater the dispensing amount, and vice versa
1: First, it is necessary to calculate the amount of glue applied to the dispensing product each time. The calculation method is to measure the volume of the product at the dispensing point, and the size of the volume is the amount of glue dropped each time
2: Knowing that the amount of glue dispensed cannot achieve the goal of precise dispensing, it is also necessary to control the amount of glue dispensed by the dispensing machine. Within a certain period of time, the amount of glue dispensed must be equal to the volume of the product dispensing point. 3: If liquid glue is used and has a certain fluidity, it is recommended to use a pneumatic glue dispenser. Because it has a suction function, after the first drop of glue is completed, the phenomenon of glue automatically flowing out can be prevented by air pressure suction, which can ensure the accuracy of glue output
