1. Pre-sales Service

  • Requirement Diagnosis and Planning: The professional technical team conducts in-depth research on the client's industry characteristics, combines production processes, control objectives, and budgets to provide systematic automation control requirement analysis and output a feasible solution framework.
  • Technical Solution Customization: Based on clients' process requirements, customize automation control system solutions, attached with 3D simulation demonstrations and detailed technical parameters to ensure zero deviation between the solution and actual needs.
  • Cost Optimization Suggestions: Provide full-link cost calculation and optimization solutions from equipment selection, system architecture to implementation cycles,  help clients achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.

2. In-sales Service

  • Project Execution Management: Form a special project team (including design, debugging, and operation engineers), formulate a milestone plan, and visualize progress control through Gantt charts to ensure seamless integration of system integration, equipment installation, software debugging and other links.
  • On-site Technical Support: Engineers provide on-site guidance for equipment deployment, carry out simultaneous training for operators (theory + hands-on practice), and provide standardized documents to ensure the client team gets up to speed quickly.
