There are two types of HOLS (Suzhou)glue dispensers: pneumatic and electric:

Pneumatic: The glue filling machine is composed of three parts: the cylinder, valve body, and material cylinder, which are connected up and down. The cylinder and valve body are separated by advanced sealing materials to prevent glue from entering the cylinder

The material cylinder and cylinder are connected to the valve body of the glue filling machine, ensuring concentricity with the cylinder. Use an electromagnetic valve to drive the pneumatic cylinder to move up and down the center rod, and use the up and down movement of the center rod to achieve the opening and closing effect on the glue

According to the different ways of opening and closing, it can be divided into: plunger type glue filling machine, thimble type glue filling machine, lifting type glue filling machine, spray glue filling machine, spray glue filling machine; The different switching methods result in different applicable fluids. The suction type glue dispenser adopts an upward movement glue closing structure, which stops the glue and instantly sucks back and breaks the glue, reducing residual glue on the needle head and preventing glue leakage, drawing, and other phenomena during dispensing. The rubber valve body is anodized with aluminum alloy, and the sealing material is made of the latest PTFE material. The contact part with the colloid is made of corrosion-resistant material

Electric: including pump body and driving part, equipped with stator, easy to install. Adopting a fixed rotor structure design, the sealing performance is good. The rotor and stator pair form a self sealing structure, which is easy to replace. Through the directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity, the medium conveying function is achieved. The transportation process does not have any impact on the performance of the medium. At the same time, the medium suction function can be easily achieved by reversing the motor, ensuring the cleanliness, no dripping, and no pollution of the medium and materials

Working principle

Pneumatic working principle: The glue is loaded into the pressure bucket, compressed air enters the pressure bucket (material storage bucket), and the glue is pressed into the feed pipe connected to the material cylinder chamber; Backward suction glue dispenser: sends a signal to the solenoid valve, which drives the glue dispenser piston to move downwards. The glue passes through the material cylinder and is pressed out from the needle

The editor of HOLS (Suzhou) learned that the top needle glue dispenser: moves in the opposite direction to the suction glue dispenser, sends a signal to the solenoid valve, and drives the glue dispenser piston to move upwards. The glue passes through the material cylinder and is pressed out from the needle.

The amount of glue dripping is determined by three factors: the control solenoid valve time, the pressure of the pressure bucket, and the piston movement stroke (fine adjustment of the glue filling machine), so it can be freely matched with any automation equipment, Electric working principle: Adopting a single screw structure and utilizing the principle of single screw volumetric conveying, the rotor and stator form a self sealing structure. The directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity realizes the medium conveying function.
