Programmed temperature rise: The temperature control system can be upgraded to programmable multi-segment curve temperature rise.Temperature monitoring and networking: A temperature recorder can be installed for monitoring, recording, printing and networking.
Pipeline: The internal pipeline is welded with seamless stainless steel fittings to ensure that there is no air leakage or penetration in the pipeline.
Insulation layer: The interior is made of aluminum silicate rock wool insulation material, which is fire-resistant and flame-retardant.
Electric heating generator: Using stainless steel black heat generator, it has a long service life, is safe and stable, and a continuous baking life of>10000 hours.
Blowing device: Equipped with a high-power high-temperature resistant long shaft motor and large-diameter stainless steel turbine blades, it can work stably for a long time in high-temperature environments.
Layer frame: The internal snake belly layer frame structure allows for adjustable layer height and free distribution of space inside the box.
Door control system: Electromagnetic lock ensures that the oven door is sealed during heating process.
Oxygen content analyzer: can add an oxygen content tester, record and print.
