Full Automatic Assembly & Testing Process

1. Automatic Parts Preparation & Feeding

   Automatic loading, sorting, cleaning, and visual inspection of piston rods, cylinders, valves, pistons, seals, springs, and mounting components. Full‑process code scanning and RFID identification ensure part correctness and traceability.

2. Precision Sub‑assembly

   Servo‑driven stations automatically complete press‑fitting of seals, bearings, guide bushes, and valve components. Controlled tightening, precision dispensing, and oil seal installation ensure leakproofness and durability.

3. Automatic Oil Filling & Gas Charging

   High‑precision quantitative oil filling and automatic gas charging under closed‑loop control. The system ensures accurate oil volume and stable pressure, critical for damping performance.

4. Complete Machine Assembly & Alignment

   Robotic systems integrate rod, cylinder, piston, valve body, and end mounts into a complete shock absorber. High‑precision coaxiality adjustment and dynamic alignment ensure smooth movement and low friction.

5. Comprehensive Online Performance Testing

   In‑line testing includes damping force testing, durability testing, leakage detection, friction testing, rebound and compression characteristic testing, and NVH evaluation. All data is recorded in real time.

6. Surface Treatment, Marking & Sorting

   Automatic cleaning, anti‑corrosion treatment, laser marking, appearance inspection, and intelligent sorting of qualified and unqualified products. The line connects smoothly with packaging and logistics systems.
